Those Fraulini 12-string's look really nice! I've never even heard of them before. It's interesting that the 12-string is designed with a shorter scale so it can be tuned to a full concert E with less string tension. I've always thought that would be a good idea, but I never found anyone who made one like that. I'd love to hear one. Maybe we can do some research on them and post a review here.
On those tuners you mentioned, I haven't tried either of them. On a 12-string, I only use a tuner to tune the low string. From there, I do the rest by ear. Tuning a 12-string is a process that is really painstaking if I use a tuner--too many overtones and sympathetic vibrations to work well. I can tune faster by ear than I can with a tuner.
